You need to have an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, an Android Smartphone/Tablet or a Windows Phone.
·Why can’t I download the app on Google Play?
Check to see if you have the required Android version. You need to have Android version 4.0 or higher.
·Why can’t I download from the App Store?
Please check if you are connected via Wi-Fi instead of your mobile internet connection. Some of our games are quite large, and can only be downloaded via Wi-Fi.
·My children accidentally removed a game from my device. Can I re-download it onto my iPhone or iPad?
Yes. Visit the App Store, search for the game again, and press ‘Get’.
·Are there any ads in your games?
No. As ads really distract from valuable content and are definitely not appropriate in educational apps, we decided to never use ads in our games.
·Can I change the language of Lipa Learning games?
Yes. Lipa Learning games are available in British English, American English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Mexican Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Turkish.
Just go in to the settings of your device and change your preferred language to the new one you would like to use in our game.
·How can I reset my game progress?
To restart your game progress you have to start a game, go to the level pack selection screen and use the restart button in the upper right corner. This button will not show up before you progress to the second level or later.
·Why can’t I hear any sound? (iPhone / iPad)
Check if the switch on the upper corner of your device is not switched off.
Try to turn the volume up using the buttons on the side of your device.
Check if the in-game purple sound button is not crossed.
If nothing above worked, please try to restart your device.
·While playing your games, how can I take a photo from the game?
There are 2 ways to take a snapshot from our games:
In certain parts of our games, children are rewarded with an animation. At the end of the animation a new button for taking a snapshot will be shown in the lower left corner.
If you would like to take a snapshot of another part of a game, you have to use the hardware button combination or appropriate gesture used by your device.
You can use the combination of the “Home button” and “Lock button” to take a snapshot.
If you are using an Android device, you should be able to use the gesture of swiping your palm on the screen from left to right.
·Snapshots are not saving.
To enable your device to save a snapshot, make sure that our game has permission to save photos to your device. You can find this in the general settings of your device.
